InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

May 22, 2024

The focus for today is:

I accept the call to help others find their higher self.

Today's inspiration was written by Luke Lafitte:

Pragmatic manifesting always starts with materialism since it begins in chaos, but it must end with idealism and service to others in the form of spiritual freedom—that’s the caveat—it works up until and through the point of failure if your projected higher self is selfish and unable to decipher paradoxes. Everything works together harmoniously.

Once we accept the call, service to others will mean helping others find their higher selves and to take up the quest of self-individuation accompanied by a spiritual awakening—this is the task that is now upon us.

We are the authors, the gods of our own making. God is the human imagination, and everything, including humans, is of one source and one consciousness.

Today's inspiration was adapted from the article:
Awakening from Our Amnesia: From Lower Self to Higher Self
     Written by Luke Lafitte.

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of, wishing you a day of being in service to spiritual awakening - both yours and that of others (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
We are all teachers. We are here to assist others in becoming their best self, their higher self. And it is important to remember that we teach best what we need to learn. So, as we share our wisdom and teachings with others, we need to pay attention to what we are saying and sharing, as the message is for us as well as well as fpr others. We are all One.

Our focus for today: I accept the call to help others find their higher self.

Machine Intelligence and the Imaginal Realm

Machine Intelligence and the Imaginal Realm: Spiritual Freedom and the Re-animation of Matter
by Luke Lafitte

Luke Lafitte examines the role that machines play in the struggle between “spiritual man” and “mechanical-man” throughout history. He interprets the messages, archetypes, and language of the unconscious in the first popular stories related to mechanical-men, and he demonstrates a direct connection between consciousness and the history of machines in American history, specifically between the inventors of these machines and the awakening of our imaginations and our powers of manifestation.

Every machine, android, robot, and cyborg arose from consciousness, and these mechanical-men, whether real or fictive, offer us an opportunity to free ourselves from enslavement to materialism and awaken our imaginations to create our own realities.
